Booking and Payment Terms
Once you have the information on availability, making a booking is very straight forward. Let us know what you want to book by emailing us with the exact dates, and on confirmation of availability, you will be required to pay a non refundable deposit of 30% of the total booking amount within 7 days of your booking enquiry.
Bookings will be honoured for up to 7 days, if no payment is received within this time, the booking will be cancelled and the Finca will be re-advertised.
The full balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival. An additional £275 damage deposit is payable with the final balance (returned 2 weeks end of stay, where no damage occurs). We will also issue detailed directions to reach the Finca, which is just 40 minutes from Malaga airport. It's a very straight forward drive, mainly motorway all the way.
All payments can be made by sterling bank transfer in the UK, cheque, or by credit/debit card using paypal. Please be aware that for paypal payments there will be an additional surcharge of 3.5% which is levied by paypal for using this service.
Arrival and Departure
Our changeover day is Saturday. Guests must check out by 10am and new arrivals can check in after 4pm. Please note that these times allow for maid service of the Finca, to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
